Well, could you guys recommend any good site, where anyone can chat about English-speaking internet-freaks? Yeah, you got it right, something like Holywarka :D And extra-request, it would be perfect if there were more women, just like here. Like, you know, not 4chan or something.

I know, that's really strange, but I still find it funny to make up english translations for our patients' nicknames. The Chief and his husband Hope Copyson, Golden Aquarius, Galoistess and so on.

The first big thing I read in English was a giant 400-500-p Hetalia fic about very complicated Russian-American relations and I was skipping the uni because reading about fucking with guns (literally) was more intriguing.
Now I'm thinking, English can be learned everywhere, why didn't I ship Russia&China instead.  Chances to quickly improve your language like that are so fleeting.
