I want but i'm afraid that it would be something like мопервыйфик and it will make it worse.
I believe that reading texts with poor grammar can also be useful. I shows you how native speakers see their own language, what mistakes are typical for them and where those mistakes come from. It gives you an interesting perspective. Of course it won't be helpful to a beginner; you need be at least somewhat fluent. And of course the text should be by a native speaker. Reading мойпервыйфик in English written by a native Chinese speaker won't help a bit))
very loooool
The first big thing I read in English was a giant 400-500-p Hetalia fic about very complicated Russian-American relations and I was skipping the uni because reading about fucking with guns (literally) was more intriguing.
Oooh, my first English language fic was also RusAme But it was a highschool AU
Strange question but why not:
Have anyone read Mobby Dick? I’ve heard, that it is most difficult book in modern English, so it will be interesting to overcome this Great Shit as I once overcame Lovecraft.
Well, could you guys recommend any good site, where anyone can chat about English-speaking internet-freaks? Yeah, you got it right, something like Holywarka :D And extra-request, it would be perfect if there were more women, just like here. Like, you know, not 4chan or something.
Well, I visit FFA when I'm bored, it's probably closer to Pravdorub though than to Holiwarka. I mean this https://fail-fandomanon.dreamwidth.org/
There is also something called kiwifarms, I believe, and it's closer to internet freaks and stuff. But I only went there a couple of times and it kinda has some 4chan vibes. I'm not all that interested in freaks so I didn't stay and can't say much about it.
On FFA nonnies love slandering Aja and someone called Flamethrower or something. I take it it's their local fandom patients but I dunno what they did. I have read one of Aja's fics before though and it was pretty decent, it's a fandom classic in one of my older fandoms, so I take it she's more like Doc Rebecca than Vozhd (ie very wanky BNF of past but capable of writing decent fics, or at least was capable).
Have anyone read Mobby Dick?
I have started reading it. Then I died of boredom. They were only starting their journey by that point.
Which board, brother?
/int/, and you?
I mean when I first visited 4chan my English was on the level "Excuse me, sir, what exactly do you mean when you write "sukablayt wtf did you even say, snownigger, I don't get it", I looked it up in the dictionary and there are 300 meanings of "get", how do I know which one did you use, sorry for my poor English, I used googletranslate for this, thank you"
...And anons were surprisingly helpful, lol.
brother
did you just assume my gender???11

"Moby Dick"? Really? I would expect for the most difficult book in English to be something like "Ullyses" or, you know, some purple prose extraordinaire. Though maybe it's because of the outdated and highly specific language. But then it would be like saying that the most difficult book in Russian is something of Derzhavin, etc.
Have anyone read Mobby Dick
I have too many other dicks to read about tbh
very loooool
Much wow
Why do all non-native English threads sound so uhhh non-native? Idk maybe I spend too much time on reddit
my first English language fic was also RusAme

Because we are non-native, duh
Have anyone read Mobby Dick?
Yes, and I loved it.
I don't know why ppl claim it's difficult though? The text is interspersed with fishing terms, true, but it's not like I'd understand them in my first language
/int/, and you?
/v/, /vg/
Thank god almighty you're not a poltard
...And anons were surprisingly helpful, lol.
4chan can be surprisingly wholesome!

Well, you know what they say, be the change you wish to see in the world and all
Also, why would non-native threads sound native? They are non-native and honest about it.

Best I can think of is 'flex'.

Sounds kinky. What is its name? Hetalia is my current fandom but idk where to look for recommendations because now i haven't any engish-speaking friends.

Doesn't have the same feel imo

So true!
But there were surprisingly large number of h/c fics where someone else bullied Ivan or Alfred and the other one saved him. My guilty pleasure were fics where England was the bad guy. I liked him as a character, but I was too engaged in the ship war.
