And native speakers of English are often bad at learning _any_ language well enough to communicate in it
I remember my American professor at college being so mind-blown by the fact that I, a native speaker of Russian, managed to learn English to the point when I could, you know, use it for education, write lab reports etc, in other words - successfully be a part of the academia - that it, learned it to the point of fluency. She praised me so much in front of the class that I started getting weird feelings about it, lol. Not the most attention-seeking type, I am - and being there in the center of the classroom with the professor going on and on (and my American groupmates listening with a similar awe in their eyes) - about how incredible my achievement was. And I was right there, thinking, well, isn't that true that most people in the world are non-monolingual to some extent? And the old joke, of course - what do you call a person who speaks two languages? - Bilingual. What do you call a person who speaks one language? - American
lol

Cause it sounds uyebish'no and even not all natives accept it
You're spewing some bullshit
But that's the point, it's not reference to one exact person.
In this case anon talked about one person - not some specific person, just a person.
When somebody who is not native Russian-speaking person speaks Russian with terrible accent and lots of mistakes we understand that it's not his or her native language and try to be easy on him/her.

Yes, so in this case 'they' used as gender-neutral pronoun, not plural. I'm talking about B1 meaning.

This is Holywarka, we can't live another way
Dunno, singular they is just plain convenient and easier on the eye than
>he/she
>she/he
>he or she
>she or he

Holywarka... Holywarka never changes.
>he/she
>she/he
>he or she
>she or he
s/he
s/he
This just looks stupid like the new trendy '_ка' in some russian communities.
now fight me
Do not use "their" as an alternative to his or her; "their" should be used only when referring to a plural subject.

Your English level is…
I want three more options: "I don't know", "I don't care" and the traditional "Go fuck yourself"
Is there an english equivalent for "Муж и жена одна Сатана"?
and the traditional
I'm tomato. There is my tomato option?
There is my tomato option?
And "MGIMO finished", too.
Folks, about foreigners speaking russian, you want native english speaking ones or other languages okay too? I can recommend japanese blogger Японец Коки, he is funny fella.
Aww look at the pool results, everyone is C1, my ass
