Wait, wait, is that what "(probably with reading)" meant?! I kinda dismissed it cause it didn't make sence 
As in for translation: I think there should be some expression signifying "reading smth for other people so they could decide whether they should read this smth themselves". Like, Reader's Digest thing?

Idk, never actually saw "TS" in English/international community, only in Russian-speaking one.

i’ve wrote = "I wrote" (in your case) or "I've written" (correct expression, but doesn't fit in this sentence)
is understandable = is comprehensible

Does anyone else feel a bit like a different person when writing in English? Like, my inner voice changes a bit, it has a different intonation and I think I would appear different to people talking in English vs. Russian.

I care, when it comes to my own mistakes. 

Does anyone else feel a bit like a different person when writing in English? Like, my inner voice changes a bit, it has a different intonation and I think I would appear different to people talking in English vs. Russian.

Yeah, very true. May be it is somehow related to the brain parts that are involved in speaking foreign languages.
I've also read somewhere that even our real voice changes a bit when we switch between languages.
